Office and Professional Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, Local 22, represents registered nurses at select CHI St. Vincent facilities, including the Infirmary, North, and certain Pulaski County clinics. Through the union, nurses are covered by the collective bargaining agreement, which establishes wages, sets working conditions, and outlines procedures for management interactions with nurses. Together, we present a powerful and united force to ensure better working conditions, which allows nurses to practice in a fair environment and provide optimal care for our patients.
